I’m sorry for your loss . Liz was a great nurse and my late husband Dr. Don Luettjohann always complemented her on her personality, care for each patient and an amazing friend. She always had a smile that would brighten our day.
You’re all in my thoughts and prayers. Linda Luettjohann

There are times as we walk down the pathway of life, we encounter people who are like magnets. Meaning we are drawn to them in all their splendor. That sums it up in a nutshell how I feel about meeting Liz. She was like an energizer battery because no matter if she was in pain or not, she kept right on a going. We had many a faith-filled conversation over here in the Lord's Garage where people's castaways become gifts of love, caring, and concern. I want you to know I will continue to pray for her and for all of you as I know this is tough to deal with. I am here for all of you. Sincere Sympathy. Miriam Eick

Aunt Liz was a beautiful soul with a ready smile and desire to experience life that I tried to emulate. She was a great Godmother never failing to send thoughtful Bday cards. She was a great conversationalist adept at listening & responding. God's plan took precedence over our September get together but I'll especially cherish the personal Dyersville tour she and Uncle Bill gave me last summer. I love you Aunt Liz and hope to make it to heaven to see you again.

Liz was my sister-in-law and such a breath of fresh air. I have a lot of wonderful memories. She will be missed but always looking over your shoulder. Bill, you really know how to pick the best. May the lord watch over you . Sorry I couldn't come but as you know Arther is a SOB.

Very sad to hear of Aunt Liz's passing. On family visits to Dyersville when I was young, I always felt at ease with Aunt Liz. She had a warm and welcoming way about her and took genuine interest in my life. As I got older, while I didn't get to see her often, on the occasions I did, it was always a true pleasure. She was engaging and engaged, positive, such good energy about her. She truly embraced life. We're saddened because she's no longer with us. But they're thrilled to have her in heaven. St. Peter is throwing open the gates and welcoming her with arms wide and a smile as big as hers.
Love, Patrick Rowe
